Applies to the DancePoint website and the DancePoint app.
How to delete it
- In the app: Profile → Delete account, then type your email to confirm.
- On the website: sign in and go to Profile → Security → Delete account.
- By email: if you can't sign in, write to lysakerwcs@hotmail.com from the address you registered with. We handle requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your sign-in is closed straight away, and your profile — name, photo, bio, country, date of birth, WSDC ID and level — is removed. The app stops sending you notifications.
What we keep, and for how long
- Event registrations: 3 years, for the organisers' accounting and legal purposes
- Payment records: 5 years, as required by Norwegian accounting law
