1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of DancePoint, operated by LysakerWCS. By creating an account or registering for an event you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- You must be at least 18 years old to use DancePoint
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts is not permitted
3. Event registrations
- Registrations are subject to approval by the Event Director
- Payment is only charged after your registration is approved
- Approved registrations are binding — cancellation policies are set by the Event Director
- We reserve the right to cancel registrations that violate these terms
4. Payments
- All payments are processed securely by NETS Easy
- A platform service fee of 1% applies to all transactions
- An optional payment handling fee of 3.5% may apply depending on the event configuration
- Refunds are handled at the discretion of the Event Director
- LysakerWCS is not responsible for disputes between participants and Event Directors
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse or harm other users
- Attempt to circumvent payment processes
6. Intellectual property
All content on DancePoint — including the brand, design, and code — is owned by LysakerWCS. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
DancePoint is provided as-is. LysakerWCS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in fees to LysakerWCS in the 12 months prior to any claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
